Anger management doesn't have to be about a tiresome therapy course to take. You can find anger management classes to take online, and some of these are designed to be fun – with games. Of course, they won’t work with people who have truly unmanageable anger problems. For person who just has a problem with blowing up sometimes, there's really no point putting him through a full-blown class of the kind that is meant for people with truly serious problems. Anger management games can make the whole thing a lot more acceptable.

But it isn't just online courses that offer anger management games. For some people, the online thing just doesn't work. They feel that they could do very well if they had a group situation to work with. There are many of these available, as well.

To anyone who struggles with his temper, what these courses do is to show them that everything about their mind is controllable. They need to learn that it is the outside world – what people do and say, how situations play out and so on – that aren't really controllable.
